  I am not typically one to write reviews but I am disheartened at the terrible words being said to a young lady that I met here at the unit. She approached us and asked if we could help her get into her unit, we were a few doors down putting in items for a relative. After numerous attempts I could not get her lock to open, I told her they may have locked her out and she notified me that she was paid in full on her bill. She was to move that day 5 hours away and seemed to be desperate for help. I took a picture of her lock and told her I would go in and talk to the office for her if she didn't get a response. Here is the picture of this poor woman lock. I hope some of you have a change of heart as I witnessed first hand the struggle this woman went through. Although we store with a relative here and haven't had this exact issue, we have had issues with the lock as it can get tricky and I hope the owners handle these reviews more responsibly.
